Jess is a seasoned RF Engineer and mic up tech with extensive experience in the Corporate, Concert, and theatre industries.
Clients and work colleagues describe her as a self-starting individual with a strong passion and knowledge of audio systems. With a bubbly personality & a client-focused mentality, she strives to ensure that the customer’s expectation of an event is not only achieved but also exceeded.
Throughout the last thirteen years, she has been involved in many large-scale world-class events, one being the Commonwealth Games in the Gold Coast 2018 where she was contracted as an Assistant Production Manager covering Audio for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Some other well-known events that she has helped to create include Sydney NYE, TEDx Sydney, IBM Think & School Spectacular, and School of Rock both held at Sydney Qudos Bank Arena.

A lifelong arts maker, Audrey Hoo is the Director of Production of Tony-award winning Berkeley Repertory Theatre in Berkeley California. Originally from Singapore, Audrey ventured to the United States to seek new experiences. Most recently, she has worked at the American Conservatory Theater, La Jolla Playhouse and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. She has had the pleasure of working with artists across all performing arts genres such as Tony Taccone, Chay Yew, Christopher Ashley, William Kentridge, Alex Timbers, Catherine Martin, Sam Mendes, Paul Simon, Laurie Anderson, John Turturro & Elaine Stritch. Outside of work, Audrey strives to be her best self. Always pushing to learn new skills, her main loves include martial arts, hiking, west coast swing and country two-step dances. Audrey holds a M.F.A in Technical Direction from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.

Eric Bates grew up in Fayston, Vermont and now lives in Montréal, Quebec. Since graduating from the National Circus School of Montréal he has worked professionally as a contemporary circus performer specializing in cigar box juggling and Russian bar, and is the co-founder of Cirque Barcode. He holds an M.Ed. in IB Education, an MFA in Writing for Stage and Screen, a black belt in karate, and he trained at the Actors Studio Drama School under famed luminaries Elizabeth Kemp and Susan Aston. His short film, “rise- butoh artsakh-“ was included in The First Georgian Movement Theatre Festival in 2022. Currently, based in Armenia, he is collaborating with international artists under the HOVQ Foundation as part of Dilijan’s artistic rebirth and is producing multiple audiobook and podcast projects under Honey to Your Ears (formerly J. Lasky Voices).

Svetlana is a brave woman with over twenty years of business experience across many sectors, and 10 years of theatre related projects, she is an International Project Manager and businesswoman specializing in marketing, communications, startups, fundraising campaigns, theatre productions, and educational initiatives.
She has been awarded over $50k in grant money for various community improvement projects and refugee relief programs and has raised over $100k for those same initiatives.
She holds a Master's of Economics and is working towards completing her Master's of Education in IB Education with a focus on the Wellbeing, Diploma Program’s Business Management, Economics, Theory of Knowledge courses. Her master's thesis will focus on Wellbeing practices and their impact in IB Schools.
All of the above she has done before, during, and after she gave birth to her three amazing children who are now 9, (almost) 7, and 4.5 years old.
