Scott Cramton's journey is nothing short of inspiring. Born with a cleft palate, Scott underwent seven surgeries by fourth grade and overcame speech challenges through dedicated therapy. His love for the arts became his driving force, leading to the creation of American Immersion Theater, the premiere provider of immersive entertainment experiences. 
With a passion for immersive and interactive entertainment, Scott has revolutionized the theater experience, creating engaging, participatory performances that captivate audiences. American Immersion Theater, the umbrella company for several niche theater businesses including The Murder Myster Co., has grown to offer a wide range of productions, from murder mystery dinners to elaborate interactive events. Scott's vision and creativity have positioned him as a leading immersive theater figure, consistently pushing traditional performance art's boundaries. 
AIT has 25 locations across the country and employs over 2000 performers who are part of nearly 8000 shows a year. With scripts that have been performed over 50,000 times, Scott is one of the most produced immersive or even mystery playwrights in the world. From public and private parties to working with some of the largest brands like Lucas Films, Apple, Netflix and Disney, he also recently entered a strategic partnership and received an investment from prolific horror producer Jason Blum.

Ep.7: Tara Young: Artistic Director - “You have a story to tell” (Audio)

Tara Young has worked for over 30 years as an Artistic Director and Associate on over a dozen Broadway Shows and International Cirque shows across the globe with some of the most respected names in the  Industry. 
Raised in Calgary, Alberta, Tara began dancing at the age of three. Her dream was to be on Broadway and at just 19 years old she was fortunate enough to land her first job dancing with Liza Minnelli in “STEPPIN OUT at Radio City Music Hall”. 
Within a few years, Tara knew that her passion was being part of the creative team that develops a Broadway Musical. She soon made the transition from performing to serving as an Associate Director/Choreographer. 
Tara most recently was the Resident Director/Choreographer on the Broadway show New York, New York. Prior to this she lived in Dubai as the Artistic Director of La Perle, and then before this  she was The Artistic Director for The Han Show in Wuhan, China, both shows working with world renowned director Franco Dragone.

Ep4: Laurent Routhier: Lighting and Video Designer - “There’s no good answer on how to build a show” (Audio)

Laurent is a lighting and video designer who works both in public spaces and for the performing arts. He has contributed to various creative projects and heads Projet Blanc. He has collaborated with multiple creative entities in Quebec, such as  L’Agence Spatiale, Inc. Ex-Machina,  FLIP Fabrique, Cirque du Soleil, and Cirque Eloize.
 
Laurent Routhier’s approach combines technical expertise, artistic vision, and a deep understanding of storytelling. His lighting designs enhance the overall experience for audiences and artists alike.
 
After studying cinema and photography, Laurent Routhier decided to specialize in lighting design for stage and architecture.  Over the years, he has designed lights for projects of artists around the world. Over the past few years, he has spent a lot of time pursuing different applications for the combined use of video and lighting in the creation of scenic environments. These explorations lead him to design lighting, video and stage concepts of numerous shows and events. His academic training and his vast experience of large-scale events have also helped him in designing lighting and video for more than twenty television broadcast live performances.
